- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. starter
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 6 c. or more plain flour
Directions

1In large bowl make stiff dough of sugar, corn oil, salt, starter, warm water and flour.

2In larger greased bowl, put dough mixture and brush top with oil.

3Let rise overnight (8 hours or more), covered lightly.

4Divide dough into 2 parts and knead each piece on a floured board a few times.

5Make into loaves and put in loaf pans with brush with oil to rise.

6Let rise 6 to 8 hours, covered lightly.

7Bake in bottom rack of oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
