- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1After you've completed the second step and have removed 1 cup of the starter from the refrigerator, add flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and oil to remaining sourdough.

2Stir until smooth and flour is completely absorbed.

3Dough should be just firm enough to gather into a ball.

4If necessary, add 1/2 cup additional flour, stirring until all flour is absorbed.

5Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.

7Cover and let rise until double, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
