- instant potatoes
- sugar
- starter
- corn oil
- salt
- bread flour
Directions

1Keep starter in refrigerator with top off.

2Starter can be used every 3 to 5 days.

3To use starter, feed starter with 1/4 cup instant potatoes, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup warm water.

4Let stand, morning until night, at room temperature.

5Then use 1 cup of this starter; put rest back in refrigerator.

6Then add 1/2 cup corn oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups warm water and 6 cups bread flour (not sifted).

7After mixing, grease large bowl.

8Put dough in and turn several times so dough is covered with oil.

9Let stand several (8 to 10) hours.
