  • 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 6 c. bread flour
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • all of Starter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well. Put in a bowl and cover with cloth. Let rise to double in size (about 2 to 3 hours in oven with light on). Knead a few minutes and divide into 3 loaves. Spray loaf pans with Pam and place 1 loaf in each pan. Let rise in oven (with light on) or any warm, draft free place until double in size. Bake about 23 to 25 minutes in preheated 325° oven.
