- 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 6 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- all of Starter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well. Put in a bowl and cover with cloth. Let rise to double in size (about 2 to 3 hours in oven with light on). Knead a few minutes and divide into 3 loaves. Spray loaf pans with Pam and place 1 loaf in each pan. Let rise in oven (with light on) or any warm, draft free place until double in size. Bake about 23 to 25 minutes in preheated 325° oven.
