- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. unbleached flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1In a nonstick (not metal) mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.

2Stir in starter, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, eggs and 3 cups of flour, continuing to stir in flour until soft dough is reached.

3Knead dough on a floured surface until elastic (about 10 minutes).

4Form into a ball. Grease another nonstick (not metal) bowl.

5Brush top of dough with vegetable oil.
