  • cinnamon
  • flour
  • granulated sugar

Directions

    Use basic sourdough as needed to form a soft dough. Turn out onto a floured board.

    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut.
