- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. water
- flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 or 2 eggs
Directions

1Place one package yeast in a deep bowl.

2Add one cup water and stir to dissolve yeast.

3Add enough flour to make mixture stiffer than waffle batter.

4Cover bowl and let stand overnight.

5The next morning, stir in 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoons salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.

6Add 1 or 2 eggs.

7One egg for heavy batter or 2 eggs for thinner batter.

8Cook on griddle pan just like pancakes.
