- 2 c. warm milk or water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar.

3Let stand at room temperature 24 to 48 hours.

4Stir occasionally. (Good only if mixture bubbles.)

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Warm to room temperature to use.

7Warm to replenish every 7 to 10 days. To replenish, add 1 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar.

8Let stand at room temperature until mixture bubbles and then refrigerate.
