- 2 packets dry yeast
- 4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Beat all ingredients to mix thoroughly.

2Place in 1-quart glass jar.

3Cover loosely.

4Set in warm place for 3 to 4 days.

5Will rise and become smelly, it's still alright.

6Then keep in refrigerator until used.

7As it is used, replenish by adding 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of flour.

8Leave in warm place to rework.
