- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Mix sugar, 2 cups warm water and flour.

3Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.

4Place in bowl and cover with cloth or loose lid at room temperature for 5 days.

5Use to make Sourdough Bread.
