  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water

Directions

    Place flour in large glass bowl.

    Make a well.

    Pour in yeast and water.

    Gradually stir flour into water.

    When well mixed, beat with rotary beater until smooth.

    Cover lightly.

    Place in draft free area.

    Ready to use after 24 hours. Makes 4 cups.
