- 1 pkg. active dry yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Directions

1Place flour in large glass bowl.

2Make a well.

3Pour in yeast and water.

4Gradually stir flour into water.

5When well mixed, beat with rotary beater until smooth.

6Cover lightly.

7Place in draft free area.

8Ready to use after 24 hours. Makes 4 cups.
