- 4 lb. sirloin steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Trim steak.

2Cut into 8 pieces and place in a nonmetallic dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

3Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4Grill steak over hot coals 4 to 6 inches from heat, basting with marinade.

5Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare, 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium.

6Heat remaining marinade and serve with steak.
