- 5-6 lb. Pork Roast
- 2 Large Onions
- 1 tsp. Whole Cloves
- 16 oz. BBQ Sauce
- 1 c. Water
- Crock Pot

11. Put pork roast, 1 c. water, cloves, and 1 large onion (sliced) in crock pot. Cook overnight on very low heat.

22. Take pork out next morning and let cool. Discard juices

3saving 1/2 c.

4After pork has cooled pull it apart

5using two forks (or your fingers). Throw away any fat.

63. Put shredded pork back in crock pot. Add diced onion
