Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork roast
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 onion
- pepper (optional)
- no salt
Directions

1Roast the pork for 2 hours at 350°.

2Remove and cut up into small pieces (remove any fat).

3Add can of tomato soup.

4Cut up onion and add it.

5Mix the brown sugar, wine vinegar and barbecue sauce (to taste).

6Stir all ingredients.

7Bake for 2 hours in covered casserole dish at 325° to 350°.

8When done, mash with potato masher.

9Serve with cole slaw on large warm buns (optional).
