  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Place in a shallow 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Serve with whipped cream or a lemon sauce.
