  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can biscuits

Directions

    Coat stew meat in flour and seasoning.

    Saute meat in skillet until brown.

    Combine meat and vegetables in dish.

    Add enough water to cover. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
