  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained

  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Medium Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic, About 8 Cloves
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 package (0.7 Oz. Packet) Dry Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
