- 3 c. canned yellow corn
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 3 Tbsp. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pt. milk, scalded
Directions

1Grind corn using a medium coarse grinder.

2To beaten eggs add flour, salt, sugar and melted butter; mix well.

3Next add the milk and ground corn, mixing well.

4Pour into a well buttered casserole and bake at 350° until firm, approximately 40 minutes.
