  • 1 lb. Bob Evans bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or American cheese

    Brown sausage and drain well, cube the bread slices.

    Spray dish with Pam.

    Layer 9 x 13-inch glass dish as follows:

    1st layer - sausage, 2nd layer - bread cubes, 3rd layer - cheese.

    Mix the eggs and milk, season to taste and pour over the layered mixture. Cover tightly and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
