  • 1 small green cored and shredded cabbage
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. rendered bacon fat
  • 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • salt

Directions

    Heat bacon fat in a skillet; toss in cabbage and stir until it's glistening.

    Lower the heat; add in pepper flakes and season with salt to taste.
