- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown onion and bell pepper in butter; remove from pan.

2Brown ground beef until redness is gone.

3Add onion, bell pepper, rice, tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder.

4Pour into greased dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
