  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

    Stir sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla into margarine. Blend into eggs. Add pecans.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
