- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp.salt
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat eggs and gradually mix in sugar, butter and salt. Whip the cream gently 1 minute and stir into egg mixture with corn syrup.

3Add vanilla and 1 1/4 cups pecans. Spoon into pie shell and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
