  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce temperature and bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
