- 4 pork chops
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 medium pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small white onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, peeled and sliced (I use canned tomatoes)
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Brown pork chops.

2Place in shallow baking dish.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

4Pour over chops.

5Add rice and salt. Add vegetables; top with pepper and paprika.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
