Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 medium pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled and sliced (I use canned tomatoes)

  • paprika

Directions

    Brown pork chops.

    Place in shallow baking dish.

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

    Pour over chops.

    Add rice and salt. Add vegetables; top with pepper and paprika.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
