  • 1 recipe Never Fail Pastry (see Pastry section of book)
  • about 2 to 3 lb. roast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can Franco-American beef gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Mix beef, mustard and enough gravy to moisten.

    Roll pastry in small circles about saucer size. Place meat in center. Fold and seal. Bake at 350° until brown.

    Serve with more beef gravy.
