- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
- 4 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley (or 2 Tbsp. dry)
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in oil.

2Add water, rice, bouillon, and lemon juice.

3Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.

4Simmer 20 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

5Stir in parsley.

6Serves 6-8.

7Recipe can be halved.
