- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water in a small bowl.

2In a large bowl, cream the sugar with melted butter.

3Add egg and yeast mixture. Stir in flour until well mixed.

4Place dough in airtight container, filling not more than 2/3 full.

5Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before baking.

6Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until brown.
