  • 6 large green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup

    Cut thin slice from stem end of peppers.

    Remove seed and ribs. Parboil peppers in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes and then drain.
