- 2 whole quails
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 c. light cream
Directions

1Wash quail.

2Pat dry and split each down the back.

3Salt and pepper each quail half and coat with flour.

4Heat oil in a covered skillet and brown quail on all sides.

5Reduce heat to low and add light cream.

6Cook 25 minutes or until quail is tender.

7Serve with hot homemade biscuits.
