  • 1 package Knorr(R) Vegetable recipe mix
  • 16 ounces pinto beans undrained
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies undrained
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Process Knorr(R) Vegetable recipe mix, chili powder and beans in food processor until almost smooth. Stir in chilis and 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into shallow 1-quart casserole.

    Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Stir, then top with 1/2 cup remaining cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with your favorite taco toppings.
