- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon salt free dried chipotle powder
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

2Brown chicken breasts on both sides.

3Add tomatoes with green chile peppers, beans and corn.

4Reduce heat and let simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

5Add a dash of Southwest Chipolte Seasoning and serve.
