- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can of beans
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1/2 c. frozen corn
- 1 package crescent-roll dough
- 1/2 c. Jack cheese
Directions

1Brown beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.

2Pour off the drippings.

3Stir in beans in chili sauce, tomatoes and corn; bring to a boil.

4Cook 10 minutes, or until most of liquid has evaporated, stirring.

5Separate 1 package crescent-roll dough into 8 triangles.

6Line 9-inch pie plate with triangles, narrow tips toward center.

7Firmly press edges together to form a crust.

8Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 10 minutes; remove.

9Spoon beef mixture into crust; sprinkle with pepper Jack cheese.

10Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
