  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (4-oz.) green chiles, diced
  • 1 can (11-oz.) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (10 3/4-oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4-oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 dozen corn tortillas
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Brown ground beef until crumbly and no longer pink; drain. Combine beef, onion, chiles, sauce and soups.

    Cut tortillas into halves or fourths; layer with ground beef mixture and cheese in a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
