  • 5 ears corn, cleaned and kernels removed
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper

    Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine until soft.

    Add corn and black pepper.

    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring ocassionally.
