  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. corn meal
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine everything except cheese and chilies.

    Pour 1/2 of corn mixture into a 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Spread chilies on mixture. Cover with cheese.

    Pour remaining corn mixture on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm.
