- 4 eggs
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 4 slices cooked ham, torn into small pieces
- 1/4 c Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
- 3 T salsa
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T water
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly in a small bowl; add water and mix until incorporated.

2Melt butter in non-stick skillet.

3Add ham and saute until slightly browned.

4Pour eggs onto ham and cook until slightly set.

5Add cheese and salsa, stir to blend in and cover pan.

6Cook until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

7Serve immediately.
