- 1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. bottled steak sauce
- 1/4 c. prepared salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Combine lime juice, steak sauce, salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in small saucepan.

2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.

3Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Place steak in marinade and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

5Turn occasionally. Grill steak on medium coals 12 to 14 minutes or broil in oven.
