Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. picante sauce (mild)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In skillet, brown ground beef and onion.

    Drain off fat.

    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
