- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 14 oz. box Minute Rice, cooked (or 1 c. regular rice, cooked and drained)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. cooked diced shrimp or 1 c. cooked diced pork
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Add eggs, mixing constantly while breaking up with a fork.

3Add eggs and onions to rice with soy sauce to color rice brown.

4Add diced shrimp or pork.

5Blend very well and serve hot.
