  • 270 g stir fry vegetables
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 250 g noodles

    Pre-heat skillet or Wok to medium to high heat.

    2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 Minutes.

    Add one minute Stir Fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.

    Add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 Minutes.

    Re introduce squid and Slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
