  • chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil.

    Add sugar, soy sauce and water.

    Let cook on low 1 1/2 hours or until soy sauce has soaked into chicken.

    Serve with yellow rice.
