Spagetti & Cauliflower

Ingredients
- One head cauliflower or 2 packages frozen
- One lb spagetti
- One large onion chopped
- Grated Italian cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions

1One head of cauliflower cooked until tender (if using frozen use 2 packages)

2Saute one large chopped onion in 1/4 cup olive oil add cooked cauliflower (break up with a wooden spoon)to sauted onion. Salt & pepper to taste. Simmer.

3Break up spagetti into three pieces and cook as directed. Drain and save about 1 cup of the pasta water.

4Mix pasta together in pan with onion and cauliflower. Add 3/4 to a cup of grated Italian cheese.

5Put in a serving bowl add cracked pepper and some of the pasta liquid if too dry. Enjoy.
