  • 1 packages Spaghetti or angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 Grated parmesean cheese (optional)

Directions

    Heat up a skillet and place the ground beef into the pan, add garlic salt, and oregano.

    In a pot bring some water to boil and add a good pinch of salt to it.

    Brown the meat then drain the oil before adding the tomato sauce, tomato paste, onions, bay leaves, chopped tomato, mushrooms, and minced garlic.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper then cover the pan and reduce to a simmer.

    If the water is boiling break the noodles in half and cook them till tender.

    Strain the noodles and place them in the sauce.

    Stir together.

    Let cool and serve with parmasean cheese
