- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. hot Italian sausage
- yellow bell pepper
- red bell pepper
- 1 clove diced garlic
- 1 small diced onion
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pt. spaghetti sauce (your choice)
- 2 lb. pkg. pasta
Directions

1Brown ground beef and Italian sausage.

2Drain off oil.

3Place on doubled paper towels to get out oil.

4Slice sausage into desired shape.

5Brown onion, garlic and bell peppers in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

6After obtaining desired texture, add spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and cilantro.

7Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

8Add beef and sausage and simmer 30 minutes.
