- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- dash of basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a large skillet, pour oil.

2Add onions and cook 5 minutes. Stir in ground beef and garlic; brown.

4Simmer on very low heat, stirring often, for 3 or 4 hours.
