Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 large jar Ragu
  • 1 medium can mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 clove garlic or 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked according to directions

Directions

    Brown meat and onions, celery and pepper.

    Drain as much grease off as possible.

    Add Ragu, mushrooms, salt, pepper, marjoram, oregano and garlic to the meat mixture and simmer for about 2 hours.

    Mix cooked spaghetti with sauce and top with 8 ounces of grated cheese.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
