- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 lb. cooked pasta
- fresh ground pepper
- chopped parsley
- fresh basil
- fresh thyme
- fresh tomato, chopped
- fresh green pepper, chopped
- scallions, chopped
- broccoli, lightly steamed and chopped
- cauliflower, lightly steamed and chopped
- fresh spinach, chopped
- navy or lima beans, cooked
Directions

1Heat olive oil until barely warm.
