  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 lb. cooked pasta
  • fresh ground pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • fresh basil
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh tomato, chopped
  • fresh green pepper, chopped
  • scallions, chopped
  • broccoli, lightly steamed and chopped
  • cauliflower, lightly steamed and chopped
  • fresh spinach, chopped
  • navy or lima beans, cooked

Directions

    Heat olive oil until barely warm.

    Add garlic and allow to soak in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Toss with pasta and ground pepper.

    Garnish with parsley, basil and thyme.
