- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1/4 c. butter
- 8 oz. chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 lb. Prosciutto ham
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to directions.

2In a frying pan, cook bacon and drain, then cook Prosciutto ham and drain.

3Crumble bacon and Prosciutto.

4Chop parsley.

5Reserve two tablespoons of oil and cook onion and garlic cloves until transparent.
