Spaghetti Ala Carbonara

- 3/4 lb. spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/4 lb. bacon slices
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender.

2Meanwhile, beat eggs, half and half and pepper in a bowl.

3Dice the bacon and fry until crisp.

4Drain the spaghetti and add to the bacon.

5Pour in the egg mixture, stirring, and toss over a gentle heat until the eggs begin to set.

6Serve immediately sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
